If your thinking about buying Zygors Guide please take some time to read my review as I have just recently discovered a guide that has way more to offer than Zygor.

Well, this is the exact question I had before I purchased the guide and for good reason. When I first started playing wow I had no clue what I was doing, I would run around mindlessly and end up either getting lost or killed by higher level mobs.

I was broke, and couldn’t afford to buy any of the best gear for my character. And leveling was a really slow and painful process.

Even though I was frustrated I still loved the game, I just wanted to get more out of it. So I began looking online for a leveling guide of some kind that could help. The first guide I purchased promised the insider secrets to leveling 1-80 in 7 days. It sounded awesome and to be honest I just couldn’t resist.

The guide ended up being some lame pdf, 100’s of pages long, and it didn’t really help. Not only that, but the information in the guide was pretty much the same as what you find for free on top wow sites!

Not long after that I found Leveling Guide and downloaded the free 1-13 trial. I was amazed at how good this guide was compared to the previous guide I purchased, but I was still sceptical.

I had only tried the 1-13 guide and wasn’t really sure whether the rest of the guide was any good. I wanted to get more out of world of warcraft so I decided to buy the guide and give it a shot.

And I’m glad I did. Zygors Guide really changed my gaming experience, getting my mage to level 80 in just under 7 days! After that I never bothered searching online for leveling guides, I was more than happy with Zygors Guide and didn’t think any guide out there would be able to compare.

But I was wrong. I was telling this guy I’d just started playing with how great Zygor Guides are. He told me he already has it but doesn’t use it anymore and recommended I go and try Dugi’s Ultimate WoW Guide.

Later on that night I went to check out the website to see what this guide was all about, I ended up buying it that same day. I’ve been using this guide for months now and……Here’s why I think Dugi’s Guide Is better than Zygor’s

Faster leveling, not by much maybe a couple of hours, I think that performance chart on zygors site must be out dated.
You make more gold with More Gold between level 70 to 80.
They also offer a dungeon leveling guide. You level up faster with this guide and you can play along side other players.
The bonuses are way better. I’m not going to talk about them here, if you want to find out more about those go check out the site.
It’s way more than just a leveling guide, they cover almost everything and there bringing out new stuff all the time.
Before you buy Zygors Guide go and take a look at what The Ultimate WoW Guide has to offer. They also give away a free 1-40 leveling guide you can try before you buy.

Zygors Guide – The Bad

Still finding bugs: Now this isn’t too much of a problem as you can simple head over to the forum and let Zygor know about it. Any bugs/glitches are usually fixed pretty fast.
Some tough fights: Sometimes you end up fighting enemies a few levels above you. For most wow players this won’t be a problem, but can be challenging for some beginners.
Some quest info not detailed enough: I have gotten a little confused on several occasions, not knowing exactly what to do, and I’ve even noticed a few spelling mistakes!
Pushy sales page: To be honest I got sick of reading… “You need to buy now, you need to buy now”. And the so called “limited bonuses”, give me a break, they’ve been there for months!
Zygors Guide – The Good

Optimized leveling path: Zygor guides focus on quests that bring the most experience to your character. Leaving out all those junk quests blizzard adds to keep you playing the game for as long as possible.
Level 1 to 80 in 7 days: Although Zygor say 7 days I found it to be an hour or 2 shorter than that, which is very impressive.
Very flexible: With Zygors guide you have the ability to add and remove features, you can place to guide anywhere you like on screen or even minimize it leaving only the waypoint arrow.
Auto quest tracking: Each time you complete a quest the guide automatically updates telling you exactly where to go and what to do next.
All classes and starter areas supported: It doesn’t matter what class you are, Zygor have a custom leveling path for you. You can also level your existing character by setting the guide to start 2 levels below your existing level.
Quest info and tips: Zygors guide also contains quest info and tips to help you complete each task. A nice feature, but some of the details are a bit confusing.
Full map exposed: Once you’ve installed the guide and launched the game you’ll notice the entire map is revealed to you! It doesn’t matter if you’ve never been to an area, the map will show it as fully explored.
Waypoint arrow: This arrow is one of the best features, not only does it point you in the right direction it also estimates and displays the distance and time it will take to get to a certain location.
Easy to install: Zygor 2.0 comes with an easy installation wizard, with just a few clicks you’ll have the guide up and running in no time. They also have a walk though video if you ever get stuck.
For PC and MAC: Zygors wow guides and are fully compatible with both pc and mac.
Will NOT get you banned: Zygor and Dugi’s guides both comply with blizzards new add-on policy. So no need to worry about getting your wow account banned.
Great support: I found the support for Zygors guides excellent, if you ever have any trouble head over to the forum and somebody will help you out, usually within minutes.
Final words

As I said before Dugis Guide comes out on top. But for anyone looking to speed level there character, Zygor guides are still a good option. I highly recommend you try both guides out to see which one you like best before spending any money. Both leveling guides are a great option for any new or even advanced wow players. Just about each Method is split into sections that genuinely breaks it all down for you with superb formatting that really makes it fast to read.

The Movies guides within the Shokz Guide takes the guide to a whole new degree. As Shokz has his individual films where he explains the approaches and shows you how they’re performed. The same can’t be said for Star2Pros and Strategy Masters as both their guides contain Youtube films which can be produced by other individuals, or just replays of pro games that happen to be found on Youtube.

How the guide compares

Again Joana’s Guide is a great novices manual and has a lot of excellent info which is why I’ve rated it the second best Starcraft 2 guidebook. Though considering that the Shokz Guide has a very similar if not greater device guide in addition to all the 100+ other Strategies for Diamond amount players, multiplayer match-ups and just about every thing else in Starcraft, the Shokz Guide still remains the top Starcraft 2 Guide for the marketplace and I do not see that changing anytime soon.
